 Elite Firearms Sales is a family owned and operated company run by gun enthusiasts in Manchester, New Jersey. We understand the federal law requirements and New Jersey firearm law requirements. If you already have a valid FID card and a handgun permit we can get you started with the  ATF Form 4473 (Firearms Transaction Record) . We will run a background check through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). Once approved, your firearm purchase can be completed. If you do not have any of these documents we will walk you through the process and make it as simple as it can be.
